渠道销售经理-公共安全招聘 - 法如国际贸易（上海）有限公司

Job Description:
1. Research, identify, and recruit distributors for the sale of FARO products.
2. Sign FARO distributors following FARO’s third party qualification process and using FARO’s global distributor agreement form.
3. Provide and/or coordinate technical and sales support to the distributor to aid in exceeding the annual sales target.
4. Evaluate and monitor distributor’s results and behaviors in the marketplace to ensure the results and behaviors exceed FARO’s expectations.
5. Provide an accurate forecast monthly. Complete an annual review with each distributor in Q1 to renegotiate distribution contract with FARO, including discount and sales target.
6. Complete at least 3 meetings with each approved distributor within assigned responsibility within the quarter
Ensure all FARO distributors understand, agree to, and adhere to FARO’s third party and anti-corruption policies.


Requirements:
1. Diploma/Degree in an Engineering Surveying and Geo-Informatics/ Civil Engineering/ Architecture and Urban Planning discipline or equivalent;
2. Possess at least three years sales working experience, Prefer manage a non-direct sales channel;
3. Possess knowledge of 3-dimensional measurement, surveying, point clouds, and/or computer aided manufacturing (CAM) BIM building information Model,
4. Computer literate, good working knowledge of MS Word and Excel;
5. Excellent English language skills and communication skills;


6. Ability to work effectively individually and as a team member.
